1. The deal

Jogley is a multiplayer party game. You can play it for free. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Jogley. Don't create accounts for other people. One account per person.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your profile data and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the service (generate quotes, run games).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Jogley to harass others, generate illegal content, target minors, or attempt to extract personal data about other players. R-mode unlocks sharper output but does not unlock harmful content; abuse will get your account banned.

5. Service availability

Jogley is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime. We may change or discontinue features at any time. We're a small team.

6. AI-generated content

Quotes are generated by Anthropic's Claude based on profiles you provide. We don't guarantee they'll always be accurate, kind, or to your taste. They are entertainment, not advice or fact.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can terminate accounts for terms violations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is, for the foreseeable future, $0).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
