1. The deal
Jogley is a multiplayer party game. You can play it for free. By using it, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Jogley. Don't create accounts for other people. One account per person.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your profile data and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the service (generate quotes, run games).
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Jogley to harass others, generate illegal content, target minors, or attempt to extract personal data about other players. R-mode unlocks sharper output but does not unlock harmful content; abuse will get your account banned.
4a. User-uploaded photos & zero tolerance
Some game modes (such as Snap) let you upload a photo from your device. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content: no nudity or sexual content, no content depicting or endangering minors, no graphic violence, and nothing that harasses, threatens, or defames another person. Uploaded photos are automatically screened, and every photo can be reported in-app by any player. We review reports and may remove content and ban accounts that violate this policy, without notice. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to share it and that it complies with these terms. Report objectionable content via the flag on any photo or by emailing hello@jogley.com.
5. Service availability
Jogley is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime. We may change or discontinue features at any time. We're a small team.
6. AI-generated content
Quotes are generated by Anthropic's Claude based on profiles you provide. We don't guarantee they'll always be accurate, kind, or to your taste. They are entertainment, not advice or fact.
7. Jogley Pro — auto-renewing subscription
- Product: Jogley Pro — Monthly (in-app purchase id
com.jogley.app.pro_monthly). - Length & price: 1 month at $4.99 USD per month. Prices in other regions are shown at the point of purchase in your local currency.
- Free trial: New subscribers get a one-time 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel: Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- By starting the trial or subscribing you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard EULA.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can terminate accounts for terms violations.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
